Importing into Malaysia
Yes. Cosmetics must be notified to NPRA via the Quest3+ portal by a Malaysian notification holder before import — the process follows the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and normally takes under two weeks. TY prepares the product dossier with the Korean brand.
