Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using TY TradeOne (the "Service") operated by TY LOGISTICS CO., LTD. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all online services provided by the Company, including the B2B trade platform, logistics rate inquiry, AI regulation analysis, etc.
- "Member" refers to a user who has completed registration and received admin approval.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service without registration.
Article 3 (Effectiveness of Terms)
These Terms become effective by being posted on the Service or notified to users by other means. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance.
Article 4 (Registration and Approval)
- Users apply for registration by completing the signup form and agreeing to these Terms.
- The Company may approve or reject registration applications after review.
- Service use may be restricted if false information is provided.
Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Company provides LCL rate inquiry, inland transport inquiry, customs/AI analysis, matching services, etc.
- The Company may modify or suspend services as operationally or technically necessary.
- Service changes will be announced in advance, except in urgent cases.
Article 6 (AI Analysis Disclaimer)
- AI regulation analysis results are for reference only and have no legal effect.
- The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of AI analysis results are not guaranteed.
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from decisions based on AI analysis results.
- Please verify regulations with the Korea Customs Service, relevant government agencies, or licensed customs brokers.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Users must not misappropriate others' information or provide false information.
- Users must not use the Service for fraudulent purposes.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use)
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the software, screen layouts and designs, text, images and videos, databases (including freight rates, tariffs, routes, and regulatory data), AI analysis outputs, calculation tools and their results, and trademarks and logos that constitute the Service belong to the Company.
- Without the Company's prior written consent, users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Service or any part of it for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so.
- The following acts are prohibited:
- Collecting or bulk-querying data or content from the Service by automated means such as crawlers, scrapers, or bots
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service's software, or attempting to extract its source code or algorithms
- Circumventing or disabling security measures such as authentication, access controls, or request limits
- Sharing, transferring, or lending accounts to export member-only information (such as freight rates and tariffs) outside the Service
- Using information or data obtained from the Service to develop or operate a competing service, or providing it to third parties
- The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the use of the Service by any user who violates this Article without prior notice, and may pursue civil and criminal remedies under applicable laws, including the Copyright Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
- The Company does not guarantee profits expected by users through the Service.
- Rate information may differ from real-time market rates; final rates must be confirmed through individual quotations.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office.
Supplementary Provisions
- These Terms are effective from April 2, 2026.
- The amended Terms (new Article 8 on intellectual property and restrictions on use; renumbering of subsequent articles) take effect on September 9, 2026.
