After export clearance we hand the parcel to the international courier and share the tracking number.

Local clearance in your name and door delivery
The parcel clears customs in the destination country under your name and is delivered to your address. Duties and taxes are paid locally by the importer.

Small express parcels still clear customs formally. Here are the common documents and the extra items to confirm per destination. We prepare the documents and check labels before dispatch.

Commercial invoice (CI) and packing list (PL)Product names, quantities, unit prices, HS codes and importer details. We draft them and confirm with you before dispatch.
Origin marking and FTA origin documentsMade-in-Korea marking plus an origin declaration where a free trade agreement with the destination lowers the duty.

United States

United States (FDA · MoCRA)

MoCRA facility registration, product listing and US agentDuring sourcing we confirm the brand has FDA facility registration, per-product listing and a US responsible person in place.
FPLA English labelWe check before dispatch that product name, net contents, ingredients and responsible-party details meet the English labelling rules (FPLA).
KORUS FTA originQualifying Korean cosmetics enter duty-free. We include the origin declaration with the shipment.
De minimis exemption endedSince 29 August 2025 every parcel imported into the US requires a customs entry and pays applicable duties regardless of value. Express shipments are declared formally too.
Importer = you, the buyerThe US import entry is filed in your name or your company's name. We prepare the documents, dispatch the goods and connect you with a local customs broker.

In the US the buyer is the Importer of Record. We do not lend our name as the importer.

Australia · New Zealand

Australia: AICIS business registrationA business importing cosmetics for sale in Australia must register with AICIS before importing, regardless of quantity (registration year 1 September to 31 August, with an annual declaration). The registration covers the business, not individual products.
English ingredient labelIngredients, net contents and importer details must appear in English. We check this before dispatch.
Australia: GST 10%Parcels with a customs value above AUD 1,000 need an import declaration and pay GST and duty at the border. At or below AUD 1,000, GST is collected at the point of sale, so confirm the setup with your importer before we ship.
New Zealand: GST 15%Parcels with a customs value above NZD 1,000 pay GST at the border after an import declaration. Cosmetics must meet the NZ EPA Cosmetic Products Group Standard.

As volumes grow, ocean LCL becomes cheaper than express. These are the criteria, without figures. Tell us your volume and we quote both.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum quantity or weight?

Express starts at 1 kg, billed in 0.5 kg steps. There is no fixed minimum order; send us the product list and we come back with the suppliers' terms.

Can products from several brands go in one box?

Yes. Products ordered from each brand or supplier arrive at our Korea warehouse, are inspected and shipped as one parcel. You can also have orders you already placed delivered to our warehouse address.

Who pays duties and local taxes?

The importer in the destination country, either you or a locally registered importer. We pre-check the HS code and estimate the duty at the quote stage; the express rate does not include duties or local taxes.

What if the label does not meet the destination rules?

Our pre-dispatch inspection checks label requirements such as English or Spanish text, ingredient list and responsible-party details. We flag gaps before shipping and agree the fix case by case with the supplier and importer.

How do I track the parcel?

We share the courier tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves. The same number shows destination clearance progress through to delivery.

Can I receive samples first?

Yes. We gather samples from several brands into one express parcel, and the main order follows the same flow with larger quantities.
