Importing into Thailand
Yes. Every cosmetic must be notified to the Thai FDA through a Thai license holder before import, and Thai labels are required for retail. With an AKFTA certificate of origin most Korean cosmetics also clear at preferential duty rates — TY issues the CO with every shipment.
